
Families Eating Smart and Moving More
Families Eating Smart and Moving More is a curriculum with simple solutions for healthy living. Participants learn how to eat more meals at home and choose healthy options when eating out. The program also provides practical skills to build movement into daily routines.
Each lesson challenges participants to make positive lifestyle changes. You will work on achieving good nutrition and increasing physical activity. Lessons also teach food resource management skills alongside proper food safety techniques.
Eating Smart and Moving More is for families and caregivers with young children and pregnant women who are receiving or eligible for:
- Head Start
- SNAP
- TANF
- WIC
- Free or reduced lunch
Families Eating Smart and Moving More (FESMM) Classes
