Air Quality Rules and Tools

Helping small businesses navigate the air quality rules is one of the primary tasks the KS SBEAP works with.  We have hosted numerous webinars and developed tools and forms that can help businesses with these rules.  Detailed webpages and tools have been developed for the following rules and all can be found at http://www.sbeap.org/agrules.

  • Boilers (6J NESHAP, 5D MACT, Dc NSPS, and Kansas boilers)
  • Chemical and paint manufacturing (6V NESHAP and 7C NESHAP)
  • Engines (4Z NESHAP, 41NSPS, 4J NSPS, and Kansas emergency generators)
  • Gas dispensing facilities (6C NESHAP)
  • Metal fabrication (6X NESHAP)
  • Oil and gas (40 NSPS)
  • Painting and coating (6H NESHAP, 4M MACT, 4W MACT)
  • Prepared feeds manufacturing (7D NESHAP)
