Walk Kansas Banner

Walk Kansas is a physical activity program held each Spring. The program helps participants lead a healthier life by encouraging them to be more active, make better nutrition choices, and learn positive ways to deal with stress.

Walk Kansas is a team-based program. Teams can be family, coworkers, friends, community organization members, neighbors, or part of a faith-based community.

  • Groups of six form a team
  • One serving as the captain
  • Team members do not have to live in the same town, county, state or country.
