4-H offers a wide variety of subject matter through its many projects. Youth enrolled in community clubs will have the opportunity to take part in many projects individually, with club project leaders as available, and some on a county-wide project basis. Animals must meet local and state requirement in order to be eligible for shows. Click here for details.
Countywide Project Groups
For projects with special equipment or training needs, we offer countywide project groups. these groups are led by trained volunteers in that subject matter. Any 4-H member, from any club in the county, may attend these project meetings. If you sign-up for any of these project, you will also receive notification from the volunteers about when and where the group meeting will be held.

- Rocketry - Weekly countywide classes will be offered starting in February. Watch the newsletter for details on time, date, and locations.
- Rabbit - All 4-H members enrolled in rabbit are encouraged to participate in the 4-H Rabbit Club. They offer monthly meetings, learning experiences and rabbit show. They meet the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Sedgwick County Extension Center, located at 21st & Ridge Road. for more information contact: Yvonne.Michaud@gmail.com.
